Prosciutto & Pine Nut Crostini


½ cup pine nuts

6 oz Goat Cheese

8 oz Prosciutto, cut slices in ½

5 tbsp. ricotta

1 Baguette, sliced


Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).

Slice the baguette into 12 ½-inch slices and toast them for 4 minutes, remove and add your goat cheese, return to oven for 1 more minute to soften the goat cheese or until nicely toasted.

While the Crostini are toasting, cut the sliced Prosciutto in ½.

Add the pine nuts onto the goat cheese and then add Prosciutto.

Now you drizzle your Texas Hot Honey on the Crostini and enjoy.
